mood: disappointed

took my sister to the zoo today. unfortunately, we had to leave after only a couple of hours because i had a doctor's appointment at 2:20. got there late anyway though, haha. punctuality isnt my thing when it comes to public transportation. anyhow, visited wolf at the zoo! he was working by the giraffes, hehe. the zoo was slightly disappointing. i dont really like the renovations. the entrance is a bitch to walk to if you dont use the parking lot. LOTS of lemurs, which wasnt too interesting. most of the animals were away/feeding/sleeping?/just AWAY from their artificial habitats. -_- at least i got to see my penguins and polar bears! XD according to my dad, my sister had a really good time. oh man, there are so many other things i want to do with my sister. i cant believe how little time i have left.

went to kaiser and ran into maya! XD we were both there for pretty much the same thing. physical check-up, forms to fill out for college, and meningitis vaccine shots. >.< i dont mind shots, but HOT DAMN! my left arm is SORE AS FUCK. at work, i was trying to reach for the glasses and i barely made it without dropping them. omg, i'm just totally out of it at work. i'd say that was one bad night because i kept hearing ghost phonerings, but kept missing the real ones. dropped 2 glasses and broke 1. thank gawd it was just 1 and water. but still! I DONT KNOW HOW IT HAPPENED! they literally like, tipped from the table. what the hell?!? ::sigh:: and then i messed up an address for a pizza delivery, so basically i made santiago drive farther than necessary. at least there was a correct phone number that he used. omg, can i say how many "d'oh's!" that was tonight?? fuck, it was like i was dyslexic. but good news is that i saw moe for the first time since graduation tonight. she and adam dropped by for dinner.

i also started to seriously manage my finances this week. as in, i saved receipts, kept a log of my spending including how much i've been using my check card. so far, i'm SOOOO over the limit. maybe i'll sweep in some money for my birthday, haha. or not.
