it's been a long time, but i finally got the layout up. how appropriate too, because the snow is back. been snowing all day, but not as badly as new york. i dont think the temperatures went over 15 here today. windchill has been at zero all day. it's cold outside, but the snowfall is pretty.

drove down to boston on friday for a debate tournament at BU. friday night was insane because we drove off to a party after the rounds, and the cops busted the party around 4. but we all got away fine, i drove everyone back safely, and finished our last two rounds on saturday early afternoon. got a little lost in boston looking for chinatown, but i found it! stocked up on some food, and had a smooth drive back to bowdoin. what a ridiculous weekend.

these past couple of weeks have been passing by slowly as i struggle to catch up in every class. i mean, i'm better at being on top of things this semester than last, but still, it has been difficult. i'm so behind in chinese 204, and sliding in gov and anthro. but i can't help it if i'm exhausted. i just am. this past week wasn't so great primarily because i couldnt sleep well. every day began with a miserable morning, emotionally drained and physically exhausted. i got through the days fine, but i hated waking up to them. i just wish that i could wake up feeling happy and excited about the day, like i used to at home. i think the only day that that happened was the day before i left for winterbreak. i guess that's how it will be on march 10.

the horizontal scrollbars on mozilla firefox bother me a lot. and i have yet to update a couple of the pages on the imagemap navigation. one step at a time.
